The Horticulture Department has over 30,000 square.feet of greenhouse space. The majority of this space is in six even span greenhouses attached to Headhouses I,II and III. The greenhouses are divided into partitions and are used for teaching and research by faculty and students in the cultivation of a wide range of horticultural crops. Sections are assigned to faculty on an individual basis for use in their respective research programs. The greenhouse and headhouse facility provides the faculty and students with a growing environment to meet virtually any need.
